I believe your load is OK . If you fit a tighter bushing & a larger diameter slide stop pin your groups will tighten up . With open sights a 16lb recoil spring should function & gun won't unlock so soon . If you really want to shoot Bullseye tighten slide to frame , fit a Kart NM barrel / bushing , get some trigger work . As is your defeating your purpose . Gun will shoot softer with a properly fit barrel & accuracy will definately improve . Hallston Custom or Dave Salyer will do all that & more for about $ 750 . An EGW angle bored bushing fit to be .001" larger than barrel OD & .001" smaller than slide opening plus a .200" slide stop pin for $75 will also help . Of course will slide fit to frame plus a properly fit barrel & a good trigger job plus a load the gun likes 2" 10 round groups @ 50yds is about par .
