My old arthritic hands don't like moonclips and I'm thinking of making a speedloader tray for use with my 625. I've never seen one and I'm wondering if anyone on the forum has made one?

If I were going to build a tray. I would start with a 1" x 4" Board. The length will be determined by the number of HKS Speed Loaders you are planning to carry.
I would use your Moon Clips to lay out the Speed Loader approximate location.
Next I would figure out the Spacing with a Ruler, and Mark off the Center of the Speedloaders with pencil from Side to Side, and End to End on the board. You now have a reference for the center of the Moon Clip, and you can also align the cartridge holes so that they are all the same.
I would Drill 1/2" holes for all cartridges completely through the board.
Next I would add a 1/4" piece of plywood to the bottom of the board.

If you were planning on a Handle.
Wood: I would cut one out and Glue and Screw it to the Board in the Center OR
Metal: Just screw a metal handle to your board.
Then lay every thing out.

Sand and Finish to taste.
