4506-1, uninstall the rear sight

I have a 4506-1 with the novak sights. I'm trying to remove the rear sight but that think won't budge. Unscrewed the set screw and used a delrin pusher that I've used to knock out sights on other autos. The rear sight on the 4506 didn't budge a hair.

I missing something? Is there anything I should do other than remove the set screw?

SW installs them with a very tight fit.

you have have to hit with a hammer and drift punch to get it moving.

So if I have the pistol pointing away from me I'm "pushing" the sight from left to right, correct?
