Looking for some help on this 4566 CQB (SN CQB01**. I haven't been able to find too much info on this particular configuration. I am looking for production qty on this and if it could be one that was put out by Horton or not. What would a fair price be? Any help it's greatly appreciated!!

You have one of 91 produced in this stainless finish configuration. Congratulations!

There's an excellent comp from a recent Gunbroker sale of an all-black model from one of our members' collections. It sold for $1,775. Yours is rarer, so theoretically it should be more valuable, but there weren't many of any of the CQB models made, so I don't know if yours would sell for more at auction. Given their rarity, and what some other Performance Center third generation pistols have been bringing, I was surprised the one from Gunbroker didn't bring at least $2,000.

It's a beautiful example, and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the help guys!! Unfortunately I do not own it at this time but have the chance to buy it. Hence the main reason for a fair price. I am more familiar with S&W revolvers than I am with their Semis. I will let you guys know how it turns out. Hopefully I can get it for a steal

If you are smart, you will pay a fair price for Smith & Wesson's ultimate, all stainless steel double action Performance Center 45 rather than letting it pass trying for a steal. I just sold one with the alloy frame on GunBroker for $1,775. That was a fair price but well below the $2,000 that I thought it would bring. The purchaser got a good deal but did not steal it. I have two more, and one is the all stainless. They will not be sold but passed on to my sons. I would pay $2,000 for another NIB all stainless 45 CQB.

Thank you...not necessarily looking for a steal but obviously would live to get it cheap. I will spend a decent amount to get it....tomorrow will tell. Hope I can report back that I snagged it. Thanks!!

Unfortunately I did not get it. I had some last minute stuff come up and was not able to make the auction. From what I was told it went for 1100. :(
