i just got my 460 xvr back .i took the comp off to wipe the bore out and it looked like the lands had been covered completley in copper fouling . do these guns foul that bad and also i know it has the gain twist but when you look into the forcing cone it lookes like it has no rifling for the first 3 or 4 inches . i am starting to wonder if this gun was used then sold as new comments please. ps i have not shot the gun yet so why would it have so much fouling

I don't understand whether this gun is a new gun, or used but new to you, or owned by you for a long time but recently sent out for repair. I think the phrase "got my 460 XVR back" is throwing me. I can't reconcile that with the questions you pose in the last part of your post.

If this is supposed to be a new gun I would not expect to see copper fouling in the barrel, and I would discuss the question with the person who sold it as new.

dude i was told not to shoot it. the barrel was replaced it was defective . so now i will shoot it
