500 Grip Prob.

I have a 500S&W 8 3/8 that while I was shooting the other day the Grip almost came off. I pulled the grip all the way off to inspect it and found that the screw and washer had pulled through the grip. Anybody else heard of this problem?

not me. I like the big grip so well I ordered one for my 625-9. No problems with it or my 460

Sounds like the screw was overtightened at one time or another..
You might wanna contact Hogue as there great people to deal with..
You never know they might send you a new grip

Well I called S&W today and all they ask for was the serial number on the gun and told me they would be shipping me one free of charge! No questions asked! Man you cannot beat S&W's service.
