That sure is a good looking gun. I just never see any of the older ones in nickel. I picked up it's twin in blue about 7 years ago for $225. . .back when used Smiths were cheap. I'll take a nickel gun over a stainless all day long.

A 586 for $225 ,yep those were the good old days.

Yeah now a pristine one runs about 750-800 down here in Louisiana.
