5906 value

A coworker approached me this morning to ask what a 5906 was worth. Being a revolver gut I don't really follow the semi auto market. He has a chance to buy a 5906 with 2 mags for $375, is that a fair price? The seller is a private party so there's no tax, transfer fee, etc...

Thats a fair price depending on shape and if it comes with original box and papers. Little more or less if it has a pedigree. (Dept gun with stamped logo. or markings. )

I just payed $425 for a near perfect 5906 w 2 mags. If its in great shape I'd say he would be making a good deal
