Updated my garage...

As a long time Corvette driver I like (liked?) all of them.

They got better every single generation; my first was a 1989 C4. Current Corvette is a 2022 C8. All mine have been convertibles.

They are simply fun!

Be safe!

Note: C4 and C8 denote the generations of Corvette. They include multiple years of production and change with a new body style/chassis.

No question the newer the year, the more capable. But like lots of guys, for me the sensation of speed is more usable on real roads than actual speed. Your new Corvette has such high limits a fella could get hurt or go to jail with one. So one of my fun cars is a car I wanted in High School but could not afford. (lots of us out there too) Feels fast, but the ancient underpinnings prevent enough traction to go truly fast but is sliding fun!

Loved my C4 and while it was quick {the 350 long block had been rebuilt and a Supercharger added} it was an awesome road car even if a tad stiff. The ride and handling of the C7 is off the freaking chart. Add the new Michelins and it is like a red leather rocket ship complete with the HUD. I am not a speed demon by any means but merging onto the freeways just became a lot more fun.
