60-7 LS

Picked up a nice 60 LS. Anyone know what years SW used this marron hardcore? I was told around 1994 but cant find anything definitive.

My guess is that the purple-ish colored box was used for the Lady Smith guns.

Reportedly that hard box was used from 1988 to 1991.

The Model 60-7 began in 1990. The only Model 60-7s I've seen
came in the Bob Allen cloth case (photo), but I have a Model 36-7
that came in the purple hard case.

My 60-7 came with the burgundy rug; my 60-3 came with the burgundy hard case.

Ladysmiths have shipped in several different boxes. The maroon box was only used a short time.
