The gun has a 3 inch barrel. the grips are wooden and look like pc grips. thier is a small diamond inlay on the right grip. i have no idea what gun is worth or i should give for it in trade. the performance center is on left side of gun.

You can see both the retail price and the Dealer price (Horton's) for this gun when it came out.

Interesting gun, I've not seen many of these, not sure what they are selling for these days but if they track with other "pre" guns (pre MIM, pre lock, pre firing pin in frame, etc.), the value would be in the $500 or up category (?)

rob
that is exactly what it is.rob, where would i look for info on geting it ready to sell.
also, when do you think they came out on the market
i bought the gun. i will get some pics up in a couple days.
gosh rob, your the best with your knowledge, ty friend.
it sure is a pretty little thing fired maybe a box according to the owner.
gun looks new.

twomoons,
In looking through the SCSW v3, it appears that the model is a "M60 ET-Comp" (didn't know that), the product code is 170029 with 300 made in 1993. Value is going to be tough without any kind of track record, but if the gun is in good condition I'd guess $550-600 without any problem. Obviously you'll need to find someone that wants one in order to get top $$, not sure how you go about that - maybe in a collector forum like our Classifieds...

twomoons,
This is a great little revolver.

I have had mine about eight years now.

Obviously value would alter based on condition as well as completeness of the package. These came in early PC marked plastic cases. I think it was the black one. The revolver is at the other house so I can not check.

I agree that if the condition is good and the package is complete, $550 - $650 would be a reasonable price.

BTW, while most of the ivory inlays I have seen in these grips have been a diamond, one of them had a club inlaid into the right grip panel.

the old guy maybe shot. a box of shells. it is a very interesting and intriguing gun the grips are outstanding with the mother of pearl inlay, . the poster rob sent explains the whole gun.

saa, your a kind and good man to take the time to answer me
good night and godbless good friend

saa,
I might take grips off. What rubber grips are the best .I am going to decide this week if i dont sell this gun, i think it would be a dream to carry and shoot
thanks for your advice sir
steve

I have one also. I think mine is a 60-4 but I'm not at home to check it. I bought it used in South Florida in the mid-90's for $500.00. My has a club inlaid in the grip. A very nice shooting .38 Good find, Chop
