617 and front sight question.

Newly registered .. but have been enjoying reading the forum!

Wanting to swap out the front sight for something like the HiViz. Accordingly they list this sight with a height of .165". Is this the proper size without having to change the rear as well?

I put a red Hi-vis on my 4" 617 and really like it. I believe it is the .165 , it was made specifically for the 617 .
