Got the adjustable rear sight on it all the way down and I am still hitting a bit high at 25 yards. This is a gun I got to practice my basic revolver skills on every weekly range trip so I would like to be able to use affordable 22LR ammo on it.

I suppose a taller front sight would fix this, any suggestions?

I like to stay away from "Hiviz" types but something other than plain black is most welcomed?

A direct link to the right one on Brownells would be most appreciated!

If only just a small bit high, try changing out the rear sight blade to a shorter dimension. For example, I've had to go to the .106" rear sight blade for my K-22 with 8 3/8" barrel. I believe it came with the .146" tall blade in it; but it was shooting much too high with that one.

Changing the rear blade is usually cheaper and less trouble than going to a taller front blade.

You don't say, but is your front sight pinned in or is it forged in with the ramp and barrel? If not pinned, you'll have to have the old front sight milled off, a slot milled in place to accept a new, taller front blade; and a hole drilled to accept a pin to hold the new blade in place. This is pretty straight forward work for an experienced gunsmith, but is more trouble than just going to a shorter rear sight blade.

The front sight is pinned, I will take a look at rear blades, makes sense being easier to swap, thanks.
