625-8

I have Ahrends on my 329ng & 325sc. I'm partial to the fingergroove tacticals. The fit IMO is perfect.

I will third the Ahrends Retro Combats for me. Just wish they had some with checkering.......

If you compete or plan on it, the JM is it.

After note: If you reload like JM

I will rock the boat here, I do not like the Ahernds revovler grips.

I try to locate a set of the factory round but combats.

When I can not locate a suitable set of factory combats,
I really like most of the Hogues when choosing an aftermarket wood grip

The JM design that TACTICAL111 mentions are nice as well.
The are very good for getting a fast grip on the firearm and a quick draw

The factory combats are #1 with me also as far as looks since I have never held a gun with them. There are some on GB for a N Frame rb with a buy now of $750. As for currently made aftermarket grips I like Ahrends because they look & feel good & are priced reasonably. I do wish they would come with the S&W medallions.

I too like the Ahrend's...haven't found any factory S&W stocks I like...combats, target, magna, etc. Here are some Ahrends Tactical with finger groove in cordia on 627-7. Fit my hands (size 11 glove) well:
