GUYS I HAVE BEEN USING ALL KIND OF MOONCLIPS FOR MY 3" AND 5' 625 FOR YEARS. LIKE YOU I HAVE HAD MIXED SUCCESS WITH THEM. I HAD GOTTEN A 940 A WHILE AGO WITHOUT MOON CLIPS SO I CALLED TOM KILLHOFFER AT MOONCLIPS.COM TO GET SOME AND TALKED TO HIM ABOUT HIS CLIPS FOR THE 625. SO I BOUGHT A PAC FOR BOTH

THESE ARE THE "BEST DAMN THINGS" I HAVE EVER USED. THEY FIT GREAT, HELD TIGHT, DIDN'T BIND OR FLEX. THEY ALLOW THE CYLINDER TO ROTATE FREELY WITHOUT RUBBING. I'M NOW THINKING OF BUILDING A 625 PPC REVOLVER.
BIGGER HOLES = MORE POINTS

I AM A CHEAP SKATE AND THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY!!

How do they compare with RIMZ clips? I've recently acquired a bunch of these and have been using them in my 625 with great success. They're easy to load and unload by hand and I've seen no adverse effects on the gun's accuracy.

I use Ranch in my model 25 and 22 with no problems (USPSA shooting).

I use Tom's for my 686 and 627 in .38 Super.

They are pricey but nice.

I use Ranch Products moonclips in 45 ACP, 38 Super (6 & 8 shot), 40 S&W (S&W 610 and S&W 646), 38 Special (6, 7, & 8 shot). Great products at very reasonable prices.

Best moon clips

All except the Rimz, are gonna'give you sore thumbs. I've been using Wilson Combat for some time, now. They work pretty good if you turn them right side up (curved side toward the rim); if thats what you call it on a rimless case. Really prefer auto rims. go out and shoot some paper men!!!!!!

Get the steel ones from sportsmans guide

I HAVE TRIED THE RIMZ. EASY TO LOAD AND UNLOAD BUT THATS ABOUT IT. I USE THE BROWNELLS TOOL TO LOAD AND UNLOAD THE CLIPS. THE BIG HOLLOW HANDLE SCREWDRIVER LOOKING ONE. TK'S CLIPS HAVE THE LEAST EFFECT ON TRIGGER PULL OF ANY I HAVE TRIED. I AM TALKING IN THE DOUBLE ACTION MODE OF COURSE. SINGLE ACTION IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TYPE OF CLIPS YOU USE. JIM P
