I picked this up a while ago - it had a scope on it, and it came with two sets of rings (one with a broken screw). I don't think either set of rings is correct.

You can see the wear on the top of the barrel. I put the spare set of combats on it just to see how it looked. (had a Hogue rubber grip on it).

Not sure if I'm going to keep it or move for something else.

Can someone give me ballpark on the current value?

p.s. Sorry for the feet! ;)

Thanks,

I believe one of the guys here on the forum just got a set of rings or sent his gun back to Smith & Wesson. I think it was Hairtrigger. You might send him a private message and see if he’s any help.

Scope rings

The rings for that gun are very hard to find! The original rings were made by Millet and look to be the Millet "Angle locks"! However, the Angle Locks will NOT work on that gun! The difference is the clamping part of the rings! If your rings mount on the gun, do not separate the gun and rings!

The grips are the best thing going for that gun... I saw one recently sell at a local auction for less than $700 and it had the rings and box with it, (no scope).

If it were mine, I would much prefer it not to have the scope cuts period.

Again though, I LOVE those grips...probably worth half of what the gun is worth.
