I have a 629-4 with a silver Bausch and Lomb 2-6 power scope mounted on it. I’m not home, but believe the scope is an Elite 3000. It’s mounted in Leupold silver base and rings. This gun has been mostly a safe Queen and has fired less than 150 rounds. I bought it new. I have the rear sight and may have the box.
Any guess on what this should sell for?

Photos are best if you want an accurate valuation. Classic or Non-Classic? If it is a safe queen, I'm guessing it is like new? You'll probably get more out of it if you remove the scope and replace the rear sight, then sell the gun and scope separately. Value will be reduced if non-factory scope mount holes were drilled in the gun. Value will also be reduced is the mount marred the finish. You don't indicate which grips came on it and which grips are on it now. On your gun, I'd guess a box with papers and tools will add $50 to $150. In my area, $600 to $1000 depending on...?

Agreed, $600 to $1000. Also agree on selling scope and mounts separate. You are getting ZERO for them leaving them on the gun.

A friend of mine recently bought two S&W revolvers from an estate, a 686-3 Classic Hunter and a 629-3 Classic Hunter. Both had Leupold scopes mounted using B-Square bases and rings. I sold the scopes for him fairly quickly (in this site's Classified forum) but the bases and rings drew one offer he declined so you might as well market each scope and mounting hardware as a set.

Depends on condition, barrel length, do you have box for it, etc. too many variables to even make a wild guess.
