I picked up a 629 from a friend of mine that was set up with a scope, and I don't want to use the scope. Naturally the rear sight leaf was missing, so I picked up a used one, but it needs a new sight slide. Since it has an 8 3/8'' barrel, what is the correct width? I think it is .146, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help a fella out?
