64-6 hammer

what hammer fits it,i tried one didnt work,this hammer is amooth,does not have pin on it,does it have to be fot that model,seems hard to find a hammer for it ,the surface is smooth,does not a a knotch like some

The hammer is unique to the 64-6. This is the - that began MIM parts, but before the internal lock that began with the -7.

Call S&W customer service at 800-331-0852. If the factory no longer has any then try Brownell's, Jack First, Gun Parts Co. etc.

Call S&W and tell them you need a hammer for it or the 64-6 and they will fix you up. If they say they don't have it and for one from a new 64, it will fit.
