So you are searching for a 1st or 2nd Gen 9mm barrel of 4.25 or greater length. Unless I am missing something obvious (I don't believe that I am), Smith & Wesson never made anything that would include that barrel.
I would say that your only hope is some aftermarket barrel maker, and none of them would do a single-run barrel like this.
I would say that you will most likely never accomplish this task unless you find someone willing to alter something to fit. And this seems like an extremely odd idea. What exactly do you mean by "muzzle brake" and what is the end goal, to reduce muzzle flip on an all-steel handgun made for only 6-7 years in the 1980's?
If that is truly the goal... the most feasible and lowest cost method would be to port the barrel and the slide of a 659.
