66-1 2.5"NIB value???? Help me learn.

So many of you so willing to spend my money... Lol I am appreciative of the feedback and am going to call tomorrow and feel him out, it's over an hour ride so a call is first approach. I'll report back. Thanks gents.

The last time I was on the fence about one I talked myself into buying it on the 30 minute ride home. It was a near perfect nickle 29-2, presentation box, etc. Grabbed the cash and drove back. A lady was walking out the door with it. She paid full price.

I called the dealer and another customer had it on hold to purchase. It makes my choice easier obviously. Lol I wanted it but really didn't have the free cash to spend and with guns I say I end up with them or don't for some unknown reason...I try to keep it optimistic because honestly 75% of the time I walk into some of my frequented shops I always find something to buy or that I want so there will be something else to tickle my liking. I wanted this one but hesitated due to the price and the fact I wanted to shoot it, but knowing me and knowing it was in NIB condition and I was paying the premium for that I most likely would not have shot it and my purpose for wanting it would be to shoot it. So I'll find another possibly and if not I'll continue to shoot my 19-3 2.5" and my 686-4 2.5". I would have liked the 66-1 to sort of complete my shorty 357 mag non lock no mim collection though.....lol it fits right in the middle of the 19 and 686. Keeps the hunt going for me...that's a lot of the fun...
