66-3 crane stamping

It looks like the original number was stamped over.
Any ideas?

Meant to type, model 64-3 NOT 66-3.

The "S" signifies stainless, the other numbers are a fitter's marker, "B5", and work number to track the yoke and frame. Frame will have the same number at the bottom of the frame grip area, "87819", and may also include the fitter's number.

Model numbers and serial numbers are not left in this location. (yoke)
