669 info

I found a nice 669 for $349. what was the deal with 2nd gen smiths?I had a 659 and didnt have any trouble out of it.

I bought a new 669 in '85 and carried it for a while. I never liked it very much. The blocky grip and poor sights just bothered me. Mine was totally reliable but not very accurate. My PERSONAL opinion is that the 3913 that I now have is a much better pistol. Maybe it's NOT better --- but I surely like it better.

I love my 6904s and 6906s I was thinking about getting it to have a early one.It felt blocky in the grips to me also.
