Picked up a NIB 67-5 for $400 at a LGS. Was not in the market for one, it was just there, and the price was nice (I think it was mismarked). Already installed "The Plug" and shot it some. Super smooth, but maybe heavy, trigger. Loaded with Remington 125 +P Golden Sabers. I like their results in the test charts over at LUCKYGUNNER.COM.

Very nice. I just made a deal with a friend and buying his 67 this coming weekend for a little more ($450 California price...). I miss a good K/L frame smith. Been shooting J and N frame lately.

I would not want to admit how many fine revolvers I've bought using just this reasoning. The other rationalization I use is, I don't want someone else to have it! I remain amazed at how desirable the 67 (in whatever iteration) has become. I've never liked my 67 no-dash from 1972, yet it is the Smith I've fired most and the one I qualify with. It's not for sale. OP, nice $ for a nice gun. Enjoy it!
