I'm on an I-Pad so I can't expand the image enough to see details. Looking inside, do they appear to be factory? If yes, I'm guessing rosewood, but that's just a stab in the dark.

It is obviously hard to tell for sure but that looks like the Hogue Pau Ferro grip. I found it to be harsh for .357 and accordingly I switched to the Hogue rubber grip:

I love the look of the Smith combat stocks, but they are too big for my small hands, so I use them for looks. They are almost assuredly Goncolo Alves, as I think that is all Smith was using for this style. I certainly am not a wood expert, but from what I have read, they are related to Rosewood and have a very wide range of looks.
 
Are those Thailand grips? If so then I believe that would be Burma Padauk wood.
