686 pro series 6" bbl?

How popular do you think a 6-6.5" barreled pro series revolver would be? like the 929 barrel on a 686.

They made a 686-4 PC that looks identical to the 686 Pro, except for the 6" barrel. Also the 686-4 PC has the firing pin in the hammer and a trigger stop in the trigger.
Not sure how many of the PC guns were made.

The 686 Pro is my wifes. We shoot steel matches and ICORE with the 7 shot guns. I lucked into the PC gun sitting in a shop last year NIB.
Other than one gun has an 1" longer barrel, they shoot the same.
I've used her Pro last year in a match, and really liked it.
They both come ready to accept moonclips, so thats a big help for match shooting. The Pro is going to be a lot easier to find, than the PC gun.
