6906 grips

How hard is it to change out 6906 grips I was thinking of add wood to mine...will the wood be much thicker that the factory grips

Hogue grips come with instructions for removing the stock grips and installing the wooden ones.
It's pretty easy and can be accomplished in about 10 minutes.

The wood is a little thicker than the stock plastic grips.

Hi Fellow S&W Lovers,

I just purchased a beautiful like new 3913 and an equally pristine 6906.
Can someone explain how to remove the black stock grips?
