That would require a larger frame because the size of the cylinder would have to be larger. Actually, an alloy frame K frame with an enclosed hammer would be what would be needed.
I have a 351C in 22 WMR that has a seven shot cylinder. Any caliber much bigger than that would be problematic.
The 242 was an L frame version of what you want. There was also a 242Ti "Airlight". Neither is in production and both appear to be collector items these days.
A 2", round butt, alloy frame, K frame revolver with 7 rounds would be nice, but I don't know how big the market for it would be.
