Does anyone use this for 9mm target loads? I have just found my first 9mm load using it that is accurate as all get out with NO leading. Would like to thear the experiences of others with this powder. It is hard to meter consistently though.

I usually use WW231 or HP38 but have used 700X as well and also use the same powders in 45acp. I like 700X in my 12 trap loads also.
It doesn't measure very well though.

I used 700X when I used to shoot lead, worked well for me. I switched to jacketed and 231 because of a great deal on jacketed bullets. When they are gone, I will go back to 700X and lead.

I did a little bit of experimenting with 700X and cast bullets in my 940. It worked well and was very clean burning but was the first powder to cause sticky extraction when the pressures ran a bit high.

A far better choice for the heavier loads was 800X.

I have used HS-700X with 185 gr. LSWC in 45 ACP to provide an excellent low recoil bullseye pistol load. I have never tried using HS-700X in 9mm.
