For $374 including PA tax, even though it’s a Taurus, it’s what I have been looking for. Not necessarily a Taurus but for the money I can’t go wrong. Lightweight and a 2” barrel. I think they call it an ultralight or something similar. We will see tomorrow. I know most of you cringe at the thought of a Taurus, but I don’t own one so I’m going in open minded.
Besides it being a Taurus, does anyone have any experience with this gun? Should I put a tarp down to catch any parts flying off?
Thanks for being nice to me.

Nothing wrong with a Taurus. I bought a m-99 afs 9mm back in 1991, just to see how it would stand up. I wanted to see if I could break it. Well after 1000's maybe as many as 10,000 rds, I lost count, the rear sight blade broke. I called Taurus CS. They mailed me a new rear sight, and an envolope prepaid to return the broken one, within 48 hours. A friend now owns it and is still shooting well with it.

I have the 942 in SS with the 3" barrel and just love it! Even more so now with the Viridian Laser Grip after a $50 Rebate and a $30 spiff!! Lots of new choices in 22WMR ammo these days as well!

Cheers!

I've been noticing more of the 22 WMR in the sporting goods stores more often. The 327 Federal Magnum not so much, but it's available online if you want to wait a few days. I'm on the fence with the Lipsey 32 H&R Mag: the price isn't too bad, but that bronze...I don't know!
