Just a FYI:

Xtreme currently has their 9mm FMJ bullets available in both 115gr & 124gr. They are certainly more expen$ive than in previous years, but...

At around $0.16 each (for 1K) shipped they are certainly interesting during the current DEM-PANIC: while Midway has virtually -ZERO- 9mm bullets available and other supplier/manufacturers are talking a wait of 5-10 weeks(!) these may be of interest to some.

I have reloaded these before in both weights and found the quality to be just fine: comparable to other FMJs.

Cheers!

CORRECTION

I have been advised that another forum member went to the site and was advised per a"Rule 3" to the effect they were not "accepting new orders for 7-10 days" in order to "catch up"...

I sincerely apologize to everyone if my info was inaccurate! I had been on the site, signed-in and took the process all the way through the Cart and shipping to the actual PLACE ORDER stage and there was no indication of a problem or suspension of any orders.

MY BAD!:(

I presume that you are referring to X-Treme bullets that are manufactured in Idaho and not to eXtreme bullets which are manufactured in South Africa. I am pretty sure that eXtreme is not currently importing into the US

While I have never used the X-Treme FMJ projectiles, I have gone through many thousands of their 165 grain 9MM plated projectiles in the suppressed firearms with great success

I have had nothing but good words to say about the all the items I have purchased from X-Treme

About the time this pandemic started, I placed an order with Xtreme for 9mm bullets @ $36/500. About a month later I placed another order for the same 9mm bullets @ $42/500. I checked the site another month later and the price was $54! I then bought several thousand cast bullets from Falcon Bullets, as their price had not increased since the pandemic started. Sadly, after the last order I placed, they posted they were closing and selling off their equipment :-( I received everything I ordered within a week. I'm in good shape right now and won't be placing orders with any other vendors. I used to buy from Everglades Ammo, but as soon as the pandemic hit, their prices went through the roof! As most of us are, weathering this storm and hoping for better times to come :-)

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I ordered 2000 9 mm 124FP plated, received them in about a week.

I bought the Xtreme FMJ in 9mm a few years back. I got Jacketed .352-.353 bullets. I couldn't get them to work as I could easily push one through the barrel. Too small. It took 5 months to get a RMA number after a dozen contact efforts to send them back.

I would buy Xtreme plated bullets as they are decent but I don't buy plated as poly coated are cheaper and more accurate. They finally made it right but they drug their feet, made promises they didn't keep, and generally jerked me around after I have bought 10's of thousands of bullets from them.
