Sgt Preston here. rewster I use Berry's copper plated 124 grain flat point bullets. These give me a nice clean round hole in my paper target like the SWC's. I buy them direct from Berrys at Berrys bulletsor at 1-800-269-7373. Hope this helps. Sgt Preston USMC LLA

I have some that I cast from a Lee .357" mold. I will size them down to .355" and shoot them out of my 940.

I just love those crisp, clean, round holes. Just ordered some 9MM and 40MM flat nose from Berry's. Thanks for the tip

I use Berry's or Rainier 124 grain Flat Point bullets with 3.7 grains Bullseye, OAL 1.090". I use a firm taper crimp of around .377" to keep those "slick" plated bullets from setting back.

This is a very accurate load in my 952. It runs around 990 fps from the 5" barrel, and has just enough power to cycle the gun 100% reliably using the standard recoil spring, rather than having to go to the wadcutter spring.

BTW: the Rainier load guide list the powder weight range for Bullseye with their bullet at 3.4 --> 3.9 grains. All you have to do is find a powder weight that will cycle in your gun, and I'd bet you've found yourself a tackdriver load.

Good Luck...

Joe
