If the gun functions perfectly (have you tried several different ammo types to conform that?), I wouldn't worry. If it becomes a problem Send it in for a warranty claim.
 
As long as it doesn't have a sharp edge to it I would't worry. I would dremel it out with some Flitz.

I wouldn't be concerned at all. It's working just fine.
Don't try and grind it out , you may remove the "dimple" and have a gun that " doesn't function perfectly" . Trust me , I've been down that road and working perfectly should be left alone !
