I think 1975 but it looks like you may have left a number off the end.

You're right about the serial number seeming short. I thought so too but that is the alpha-numeric sequence stamped in the butt of this one. It's a beauty.

I do, but none that I've taken myself.
And I am finding it to be impossible to post pics on this site using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.
The M19 will be resting peacefully at the LGS until I have waited out the mandated eight day period for a handgun, thanks to the state of Maryland. I'll have it home next Saturday.
