I Love my M&P 9 FS, it was made to fit me. I was just wondering about a few things. I put a set of Williams fire sights on it, because the white dot fell out of the original S&W sight. I just figured I might as well switch them out. Like the sights real well easily replaced after soaking the sights in Kroil over night.
But what I was wondering is that if any one else has tried the Crimson Trace Rail Master Universal Rail Mount Red Laser Sight CMR-201 on the M&P. I was wanting a laser for my M&P to make it my Home defense weapon. I could not find one that fit the gun that was not bigger than the gun was. I finally found the Crimson trace one above and it looks like it will be perfect for this gun. I know a laser is not everyone's cup of tea but I really like the laser on my BG380, and my wife's LCR22. I will let everyone know how it works out when I receive the Laser and post some pictures of it. The only thing that I was not really satisfied about my M&P was that the grouping to me was not as good as I would have liked it to be. I have read about the barrel changes that S&W did on the M&P (mine was made 1-24-2012) to make it group better, I thought about ordering the S&W Barrel but then I decided to just go ahead and order the Storm Lake Match Barrel for it. I figured for the extra cost it would group even better than the S&W barrel. I should have both in middle to late next week. Can't wait to see how they work. Just wonder if anyone else is using that laser though?
