think this is san francisco.
a movie camera was placed atop a street car and recorded a day long ago.
to me it is almost eerie in it's relative clarity. a very good chance not one of those viewed here are still alive.

You can see the predecessors of the Crackberry zombie, soccer mom van jockey, the farm equipment driver and the timeless road rage type all over in that plain as day.
if they had the means to make some speed in the era those streets would have been well stained
