I've spent a while trying to put together a collection of S&W's flat latch revolvers, but wasn't satisfied because I thought it should include a Chief Special Target which I could not find. With the help of forum members Nframecollector and Hondo44 I was able to obtain one (Thanks Paul and Jim).
