A Few Switchblades, Again

I only have one.

Mikov Predator with polished stag scales. It's a "lever lock", fires from the side. Dagger profile with single edge.

Fires hard, stable, and a well made knife that holds an edge well enough. Downside is that it's a heavy son of a gun (knife).

Bought on a whim. Don't carry much. Do play with it a bit though. 🙂

I'll post this one once again. One of my daily "users." It's a Schrade "safety button" knife made in 1919...a gift from a dear friend. When he gave it to me, he said, "This is a working man's knife, so I want you to use it!" And I do. It's been used to cut string on hay bales, open grain sacks, shave kindling, open packages, and a variety of other sundry tasks. It still works great and gets touched up on an Arkansas stone at the end of the day while I'm watching the news.:)

Gaggle

Political incorrectness is the norm here.
Great “gaggle” of switchblades. I have my share. Particularly like your daily user. Knives are made to be used & not abused. Great to see one in that shape that has that kind of mileage on it.
It is even more special since your compadre gave it to you.
I carry two auto’s, my daily use knife & a Microtech OTF for when I go “out amongst them”. My “ work & chore “ knife is in the photo’s.

I have a passle, not a gaggle...love the old colors. There are several Shapleigh Hardware knife's in the bunch and the stag handled knife is a rare Aerial AC Mfg. knife with a lever release.

Nice guys. Thinkin about a Microtech OTF myself. Not cheap but look awesome and well built. Sure fun to play with. Until then happy with my Sog Trident AT-XR spring assist.

I have a nice Hubertus auto, four inch or so blade and rosewood scales. Direct from Solingen (City of Blades) Germany. Very snappy action.

4th from the left, then then 8th.

Bottom row:

Red handled stiletto 3rd and bone handled stiletto last.

I have a Lightning OTF just like the one you posted.

It's without a doubt the best cheap OTF knife a person can buy.

Only have a couple of Italian cheapies that were given to me by a friend that was afraid of them! Also, my EDC pocket knife- an SOG Mini Aegis Tanto assisted opener.
