I went to the annual Maryland Arms Collectors Show in Timonium today...what a great day!

In addition to enjoying the exhibits and displays, and drooling over the rare and expensive antique toys I'll never be able to afford, I met Roy Jinks, who graciously autographed a copy of his book on the history of Smith and Wesson. What a consummate gentleman he is, and it was an honor to be able to chat with him for a few minutes.

I also found three vintage Tyler T-Grip Adapters in near-new condition, sold as a set and priced very reasonably.

And finally, at long last, I sold the two Mossberg Model 44 target rifles I have been hawking on here and elsewhere for more than a year. That was so strange: they were in great condition, and priced lower than what sellers want for them on various websites, yet it seemed no one wanted them. Today, within an hour, and with only a minimum of haggling, I sold them both. :-)

wanted to be there

I wanted to be there, and like you, was going to have Mr. Jinks autograph 3 of his books, however, I failed to adhere to the Seven P's, and didn't clear it with SWMBO. Who knew her sisters were coming over.....

The 7 P's

RWJ,

I know what SWMBO is (she who must be obeyed), but your'e going to have to school me on the 7 P's.
