Moderators, per the rules, I believe that this thread is permitted under the allowance of identifying pro and anti gun legislators.

I just heard on the news that Michael Bloomberg is contemplating a run for president. This was reported by Channel 6, WPVI, the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia.

ETA: Fox News is now reporting that Bloomberg will make a decision for a third party run after the New Hampshire and Iowa caucuses. He is stating that he will commit $1 Billion to his campaign for the White House.

I'll bet he would be full of Executive Actions.

Bloomberg for President

Saw several things on TV today that Michael Bloomberg is now strongly considering a self-financed campaign for President, running as an Independent. I have been expecting something like this, as it will crush any chance for a conservative to win office.

I just noticed there is an earlier thread, same topic.

Not trying to diminish the topic at all but ya know, his 2nd amendment activities would probably impact him less in a run than his efforts to restrict big gulp drinks along with other food police rules and restrictions. The public at large is more likely to identify with how that mentality would affect them than his firearm "safety" efforts.

But I hope he doesn't run. In today's low information voter America...

I call first dibs on his bumper sticker design.....

Man, not following that logic. Did you mean liberal to win office?

I'd love him to run. He'll pull LIBERAL voters. It would be hard to find a Conservative anywhere who'd vote for him. I can't understand the OP at all.

Or consider this. He stated, and it's in a NRA Rifleman magazine article, that he can pass right through the pearly gates because he has done so much good "I've paid my way".
