I know there are some Bowie fans on this forum, so here's a heads up for you.

HBO is running a "documentary" on the late singer/performance artist.

It's titled David Bowie: The Last Five Years.

Trust me on this...do not waste your time on this, because you'll never get that hour-and-a-half of your life back. It will just be gone, vanished, wasted.I can't remember when I've been so disappointed in a film, a documentary. It's disjointed, fragmented, and totally pointless. Parts of it are so bad, they're damn near unwatchable.

Parts of it just had me squirming in my chair, like little kids do when they're trapped at the dining table with obnoxious aunts and uncles.

It makes you want to look behind your TV to see if you can find out where that horrible smell is coming from. It may be just as well that David Bowie isn't around to see what a mess has been made of his brilliant career.

So. Y'all get the picture? Just change channels and watch reruns of The Jackie Gleason Show or something.

Someone
owes David Bowie's wife an apology.

I saw one on Netflix a while back that was about as bad as this one sounds. It was pretty much all bitter old women who said they were owed something by him, or were his true love..Also a total waste of time..
