A unemployed Master Chief walks into

Can't say as I blame you... Everybody should have one of those.

I have one that's older (10-2) and almost as nice, but it cost me $132.20 more than what you paid.

Master Chief...Thank you for your service! My neighbor is a Master Chief also. Sounds like you guys "walk on water". You reached the top of your game...well done.

Nice Smith

Maybe they ought to hire you, Master Chief!

I'd go back and see if they had any other good deals. Never know what may happen.

This store is a one man operation of full auto(class III) stuff mainly who said he can't afforded to hire anyone.
This revolver was traded in by a young guy who wanted a new plastic wiz bang bottom feeder.
Was his mothers nite stand gun.

Beautiful looking 10! Are those aftermarket stocks? The checkering looks factory as well as the rounded bottoms, but there are no medallions. I've not seen a pair like that before.

Thank you for watching over our sons and daughters while they are underway....my boy is near you and is an E5/ELT on a "boomer"- my wife and I will be out to visit the end of next month- maybe we could buy you a beer at the Pike County Brewery? God Bless You!

Good thing you are unemployed Master Chief, that way you can do the time for the theft of that revolver.

Semper Fidelis from the Gunny

Great buy on a great gun! My first S&W was a model 10-5 and that gun, while only $200 has since encouraged me to spend "thousands" on other ones.... Including (3) other model 10s and (1) pre 10!

I just love the model 10s... Simple genius! And, with 158 gr SWC over a little Trail Boss powder, they all shoot as soft a .22 and more accurate than me!

Well done Master Chief! I hope you enjoy every round you put thru it.Now you need to find a bull barrel version to keep it company, and a m-65 and a m-13,and, and, you better get a job!

Master Chief, you need to go visit the chaplain and repent. I mean, really, holding up a poor innocent LGS like that. ;=}

Seriously, tremendous find. Thanks for sharing with us. That gun would be at least $150 more here in the People's Republik.

There is no such critter as an unemployed Master Chief. He may not have an official job at any given moment, but he is always a fully operational Master Chief.

That's a really nice 10-5! You earned it.

Here is a sister which has seen a little rougher live and a brother that saw police service. The sister is the upper revolver. The brother is the nickel example. Both are also 10-5's.

The triggers on both mine are as good as it gets. Bet yours is the same.

Don't know about the stocks, but both of mine are serial numbered to the revolvers on the underside of the right stock.

With all the money you saved, you should go get yourself a Chef's Special.

Or he could name his model 10 the Master Chiefs Special...if he ever finds it ;).

I hid this revolver so well that I can't find it in any of my safes, draws, or other nooks or carnies I may have put it.....
Unless it got up and walk away, it's still in the house somewhere...

Not being able to find a gun you hid is the second worst feeling in the world. hardcase60
