Can someone recommend a good quality A2 front sight tool. I used the search option (but my phone made this difficult) and came up with little. I had previously purchased a Promag sight tool advertised to work with the A2 front sight, but it didn't fit my 15x or MOE mid front site. Thanks for the help.

This is what I just bought. Seems to work really well. It is the UTG model 4/15 sight tool.

Dad bought a Tapco from Midway that seems to work well on his Sig M400 and is good quality.

Midway has a tool that looks like a screwdriver but with four prongs for the A2 sight. This tool is quality and fits perfectly. Most of the ebay stuff is cheap Chinese that may or may not work.
The tip of a bullet, as you admitted you knew about, or anything that is pointed and won't scratch the metal.
You only adjust the front sight post once. After it is properly adjusted, it never needs to be adjusted again.
The rear sight is adjustable for elevation, and by never touching the front sight the gun can always be brought back to battle sight zero.
