Bodyguard 2.0 - Sight Adjustment

I took mine back to the LGS I bought it from and they drifted my rear over enough to make it fairly acceptable for a small deep conceal carry gun. Brass punch. Left an almost imperceptible mark but I didn't care, its a tool not a work of art.

I’ve been very pleased with my BG 2.0 except for one thing, it shoots left, as many have reported. At 7 yards the POI is about 4” dead left. I’m sure some will say it’s just me, but it’s not, you’ll just have to trust me.

So obviously the sights need adjusting. The front sight is already a bit off-center to the left, so I thought I’d try moving the rear sight to the right. However, I’ve heard the rear can be very tight and difficult to drift, and I don’t have a pusher tool that will fit this gun.

Any recommendations on what tool might be best, or any other insight on how to best correct this? I’m half tempted to send it to S&W and make them fix it.
I bought the wheeler engineering pusher from optics planet after doing the punch trick on the front sight. On my BG 2.0 that sight is in extremely tight. When it moves, it moves a lot.

Initially I set the slide up over parallels in my Kurt mill vise with some leather padding. Brass punch and 4 oz hammer did nothing, had to go to a 12 oz. Problem is I can't get a fine adjustment.

After switching to a thumbs forward grip the pistol started shooting to the right so it is very grip dependent.

Yesterday the Wheeler came in. Looks pretty solid, the plastic puck that holds the slide down was missing a set screw but I had one. The puck is a bit small and bridging the ejection port is touchy. I have since printed a longer one.

I've never had a pusher before and expected to be able to push on the dovetail but the surface is too wide so I had to push on the blade. I kept adding torque and then I heard a snap when the sight moved too much. In the instructions it says for tight sights to put some torque in and tap on the pusher.

I moved the rear sight for a friend's BG2.0; the graunching sound it made, when first moved, is grating. The guy who owned the gun was sure I'd broken something, but all was well.
BTW, the new problem seems to be undersized bases for the BG2.0 dovetails. Got a really great Ameriglo front sight, supposedly what is used in the newest BG2.0 variant, with the vented barrel. Right height, right width, but a slip fit in the dovetail.

I used a slip fit front sight in mine, made for a EZ9. A little orange Loctite has held it rock solid for over a year, after a couple thousand rounds.

I'm not familiar with Orange Locktite; is it something new, and more viscous than the other colors? It seems to be the wave of the future for aftermarket sight makers; I suspect too many gun owners don't know how to fit an oversize sight, and they were getting returns.
An XS 'skunk stripe' front sight, now on a field barrel for a S&W 41, is held on with some stick 'em pucky that came with the sights, and, for the moment, it's holding.
Thanks,
Moon

Orange Loctite is three time stronger than blue but is removable. Like the others, it comes in liquid or gel.
