I have seen some unbelievably high prices on GB for M66's in your category. For the small commission involved I think it is well offset by the exposure and potential bidding frenzy that might occur. Why not try a seven day auction that ends on a Saturday or Sunday?

I can't believe what they sell for these days. You probably will get $700 for it. The last one I bought about 4 years ago was a 4" 66-1 P&R and I only paid $250. It was probably the best buy I'll ever see. Unless you count the 4" 686 no-dash that I paid $300 for. Best $300 I ever spent.....

Bought one equal to yours on GB last month and paid over $900.
Was that too much? Probably, but that's what it took to buy It.
In the current market, expect to get $900 + on GB

Hello again, thanks for all the replies i do appreciate the help. lots of good info and input,
i have been watching the auctions at GB and checking the past auctions , i see a lot of the 66's not selling no bids at all. though not many in LNIB condition. I am going too part with it im just not sure how/where too list it. Stay tuned too your favorite sites for more info .

There's a reason for no bids/not selling; they're listed with a high start and/or have high reserves.
The best way to get top dollar is list starting @ .01 give good description and lots of good quality pictures.
Remember; no reserve and low start. Bidding wars are inevitable.

Agree...people will pay more for an item (doesn't matter what type - gun, car, Beanie Baby) if the high price is 'their' idea. Always :).
