adjusting bushnell trophy scope on mp-15

Just got the bushnell 1x32 red dot scope. I was able to zero it in, but i'm now having a huge problem. The scope seems so blurry. The t dot lines appear to have five lines going each way and the lines are huge. is there any way to fix this?

i'm not sure if it got damaged in shipping. when i turn all the lights off in the room I can see two t dot sights. one very small towards the top and a large blurry one in the middle. is this normal?

Doesn't sound normal to me. (blurry dots and two of them)

Where did you buy it?

Any chance it is a counterfeit optic? Since you said it doesn't look like others of the same model, that does seem a little odd.
