After 14+ years with my v.1 M&Ps....

I bought my "newfangled" M&P9 1.000 used way back when I gave up on finding an SW99, and wanted to see what these polymer guns were about. I think that worked out for the best. I like it a lot, and though it is not my EDC, I will have it holstered on my hip if Hurricane Laura makes my area go south. As for the M&P 2.0, I would love to find a new M&P45 2.0, sku 11769, but have not seen one since before COVID. I have a friend whose collection consists mainly of various M&P models. Good luck with all your S&Ws.

I have an M&P45 Compact v.1, 4" barrel, which I use with 8-round flush mag (8+1=9) and full-size 10-round magazine (10+1=11). Talon grip wrap makes the grip pretty much perfect.

Excellent pistol, very comfortable to shoot! 4" barrel suits .45acp caliber fairly well (with regard to velocity/terminal ballistics). I would imagine the 2.0 version is every bit as nice, with a few updated tweaks.
