Agency ID for the LEOs

I have a P&R 2.5" model 66 with this stamp. The fellow I bought it from said he was an Air Marshal, don't know if current or retired.
I would assume retired since they don't go around advertising that fact usually.
If he was and this was his gun, it must have been a while ago.
If it's not an Air Marshal gun, does anyone recognize this stamping?
