Ahrends Grip (Screws)

Could someone confirm (or deny) that Ahrends S&W grips came with / use the factory style grip screw please?

If I remember right, the Ahrends grips came with about three sets of screws, of differrent length, to fit different guns.

I wish I'd known those sizes before ordering some from Ahrends a few years back. Couldn't just one at that time, as they were sold in pairs. And they were about $12 for two. Still got that one screw, if I remember correctly. But I lost the K-frame boot cut Modello grips somewhere in my house.

They were well fitted to the gun and looked fantastic. I think they eloped with some N frame SQ butt grips.

If I happen to run across an offspring of their's, I'll be tickled pink to have a screw for it! LOL!

Sorry to raise this thread, but I'm not following the answer above. Do the ahrends n-frame grips use the stock s&w n frame screw?

Also, anyone want to sell me some smooth Tacticals? Losing Kim was a shame as I found his smooth Tacticals to be a perfect fit for my hand.

I don't believe they are the same.

The Ahrends had the full length threads.

I also think the head was a tad bit bigger on the Ahrend model.

Now I don't know what the threads are so they may work but not the same.

I have one set of N frame. 5-40X7/8 stainless fillister and it could use a little more length. Not consistent with any other grip I am aware of.
