Ahrends Grips

I just got a pair of maples for my 627 pro from Terri/Gripseller

Grips and service were awesome

I had a set of K-frame Ahrends Tactical grips but I didn't care for the flat front strap. It just didn't seem to fit my hand very well.

However, the Retro style grips with the rounded front strap fit my hand very well. I had a cocobolo set with the tung oil finish. They were a great set of grips.

I have several sets of Ahrends grips from various sources, including Gripseller. Their selection of exotic woods and grip styles makes it difficult to decide which ones to buy. The ability to view the actual set that you're buying on Gripseller's Ebay store is great, and the service is top notch.

I've enjoyed viewing the beautiful Smiths and Ahrends grips. Thanks for the comments and "likes". Without glasses I can't see the front sights (well they are badly blurred) but I will do some shooting Saturday and I anticipate at 7 yards I will "kilt" the BG target just looking over the barrel to the target-I can see the target well:D. For target shooting I can wear glasses or stick a Merit Disc peep sight on my glasses. These grips do a great job of filling my hand and naturally presenting the gun to the target. CT lasergrips didn't do that for me. Think I need another Smith as an excuse for more Ahrends!
